A couple of better Lightroom guide books

Scott Kelby’s Lightroom book Martin Evening’s Lightroom book

I’m happy to report that I’m learning a lot and getting plenty of use out of both of the books that I bought last week about Adobe’s Lightroom program, my new preferred photo manager. Martin Evening’s The Adobe Photoshop Lightroom Book: The Complete Guide for Photographers, with the dark grey cover above, is a bit shorter and more concise but still with lots of useful tips and advice. Scott Kelby’s The Adobe Photoshop Lightroom Book for Digital Photographers, with the orange stripe on the cover, is even more detailed and has more illustrations and screen shots. I can recommend either one. And both are far better than Tim Grey’s book, which I dissed here the other day.
