Fantastico or who won’t let me upgrade WordPress

It’s a real “hmmm” moment with my just-installed WordPress 2.5. There are a couple of annoying bugs, as I mentioned yesterday, so I want to upgrade to version 2.5.1. But my web hosting service, Bluehost, uses a program called Fantastico De Luxe to give me the capability to install and upgrade WordPress on their server. Fantastico, in turn, is only offering WordPress 2.5 right now. Hurry up and wait, I guess. Annoyingly, the company that publishes Fantastico, netenberg, lists WordPress 2.5.1 as available. So is it Bluehost’s fault? I can’t tell. I’ve sent Bluehost an email but not heard back yet.

p.s. Hours later, I’m updating this post with categories and tags. Seems I’m not used to the new WordPress 2.5 layout with categories and tags below the writing box. Out of sight, out of mind.
